We want to ensure your appointment is scheduled correctly to properly address your concerns. The following appointments cannot be made online. Please call your preferred Fairfax office to be seen for:
- Any procedures (lesion/mole removal, biopsy, excision)
- Phototherapy (UVB)
- Cosmetic procedures (consultations may be made online with Niccole Matthews)
- Biologic or Accutane appointments
Please note, we currently do not accept any Medicaid plans. Most HMO plans require a referral from your primary care physician.

For patients scheduling who are under 18 years of age (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) please make sure you have permission from your parent or legal guardian to schedule this appointment. Your parent or legal guardian must accompany you on your initial visit and on certain subsequent visits to provide appropriate informed consent.
