After graduating Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University, Allison continued her education and received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA. While at MCPHS, Allison was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society for Physician Assistants and the Alpha Eta Society.

Allison is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed in the State of Alabama.  She is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and the Alabama Society of Physician Assistants.

Allison has a passion for the field of dermatology and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.

Dr. Granger is great! She really took the time to listen to me and understand what was going on. I was terrified to have a biopsy done that needed sutures but she was great and I didn’t feel a thing. Would recommend her to anyone!
